Anyway - I've had it set to dual-core before this and had no probs. I' sure I was on 1.4 before 1.4.2, but its been a while since I last patched it so perhaps I'm wrong. If I try to to turn it on in the settings screen it either reboots my pc straight away, or if it geives the chance to restart quake, it reboots my pc when I try and load a saved game, or start a new one. I just patched to 1.4.2 and now I cant get multi-cpu support to work.
